An exuberant, complex, mineral-accented expression of Chardonnay from the granite sands of the Denton vineyard in the Tarrawarra district of the Yarra Valley. Artwork by French artist Alexis Jamet.

Whole bunch pressed to 10 year-old barrique barrel for natural fermentation with full solids. After completion of MLF, this wine went on to mature on gross lees for 20 months in a fully topped barrel without sulphur, to build complexity and texture. Carefully racked directly off of lees to bottle with a small amount of sulphur in November 2022. Released May 2023.
