My wines are my interpretation of place - the culmination of a life spent in vineyards.
They’re shaped through craft and time: made slowly, grounded in nature, and intended to offer deep sensory experience.
The wines come from three sites: Ashton in the cool Piccadilly Valley of the Adelaide Hills; the ancient sands of Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale; and the elevated coastal slopes of Clarendon in McLaren Vale.
Each cuvée is drawn from a small, highly specific section of vineyard - often just a few rows. Quantities are naturally limited. There will only ever be what these rows can give.
Patience and restraint sit at the centre of the craft: old vines, sensitive farming, intuitive winemaking and unhurried maturation.
These wines are formed by many moments, seasons, and decisions. I’m grateful to share them with you.
