Hand-picked syrah. Lightly pressed and macerated for 4 hours before pressing to neutral barrique barrels for fermentation with full solids. Raised on gross lees for 6 months before transfer to stainless steel for a further 5 months on fine lees. Racked and bottled March 2024.
